To reach the study objectives, the\nstudy is conducted by using multiple linear regression analysis. In this study, the data are\ncollected from eighty-two respondents from both non-managerial levels and managerial levels \nof MASTECH Company Limited. Their responses are gathered through a self-administered \nquestionnaire. The result of this study indicates that job security and fringe benefits from \nextrinsic rewards and skill development from intrinsic rewards have significant effect on job \nsatisfaction. The employee job satisfaction also effects on employee performance in \nMASTECH Company Limited. This study recommends that the company should try to find \nout other areas such as health benefits, childcare benefits, performance management, work-life \nbalance to enhance in the existing organization’s reward system (both extrinsic and intrinsic) \nfor the continuous improvement of the organization.
