The \nobjectives of this study are to analyze the direct effect of total quality management \npractices and organizational performance and to examine the mediating effect of \ninnovation on the relationship between TQM practices and organizational performance in \nMyint & Associates Data Center. Both primary and secondary data are used in this study. \nPrimary data are collected from 113 Managerial employees at Myint & Associates Data \nCenter by using simple random sampling method. According to the multiple regression \nanalysis, continuous improvement and process management have direct positively effect \non organizational performance. Based on the analysis of mediating effect, leadership, \neffective communication, customer focus, employee empowerment, continuous \nimprovement and process management are direct effect on organizational performance. \nMoreover, these TQM practices have positively effect on innovation. Innovation is the \npartial mediating effect on the relationship between TQM practices and organizational \nperformance. Based on this study, it can be concluded that Myint & Associates data center \nis a dominated data center in Telecoms industry in Myanmar with the positive \nimplementation of TQM practices. Myint & Associates Data Center provides quality and \ninnovative services to the customers and TQM practices impact on the innovation of the \norganization.
