The data \nare collected with structured questionnaires from 130 employees working in Nay Kyel Oo\nConstruction Co., Ltd. Among the four HRM practices, training, and development,\nperformance appraisal, rewards and benefits practices are found positive significant effect \non affective commitment. All HRM practices have a positive impact on continuance and \nnormative commitment. Moreover, affective commitment and continuance commitment \nhas a strong influence on employee performance.
