The primary data was gathered through the use of selfadministered questionnaire from 380 employees in ten private banks. The \nfinding of the study showed that the employees from the private banks in \nMyanmar have moderate level of commitment. The results also showed \nthat, there are significant relationships between demographic variables and \norganizational commitment. The study also showed that education level and \nworking experience effect on affective commitment, gender and educational \nlevel effect on continuance commitment and working experience effect on \nnormative commitment.
