The data was collected from 337students by well-structured questionnaires about the students’ satisfaction ofUniversity. In this paper, descriptive method was used to analyze the data. The scoring of questionnaire wasanalyzed by using five-point likert scale, ranging from strongly agree(5) to strongly disagree (1). Overall, mean analysis reflects Satisfaction ofstudent Co-operative University, Sagaing such as class room space, Class size and library services,  computer  labs,  etc.  Further,  students  have  positive  minded  on  Co-operativeUniversity, Sagaing. More attention should be given to improvethe needs of students to sustain  their  satisfaction  level.  Theseresults  from  data  analysis  can  help  University  to improve their performance and programs. The number of Students would increasea good dealif University may try to meet the  Student Satisfaction regarding their needs.
