The hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) contents were determined by White spectrophotometric Method. Total reducing sugar and non-reducing sugar of honey samples were determined by the Lane and Eynon method. Mathematical investigation of using efficient discrimination function equation reveal the samples were floral or honeydew. Qualitative determination of vitamin B2 was carried out by using UV lamp. Vitamin B6 and vitamin C were also determined by UV absorption spectroscopy and titration method.
