All Technological Universities (TU) must be affiliated with Washington Accord (WA) which is an agreement recognized undergraduate engineering degree holders internationally. As part of the requirement for this, Humanity and Social Science (HSS) with Engineering Aspects Course has been introduced and commenced in Final Year B.E level curriculum at twentyeight technological universities since 2017-2018. The purpose of this research is to be realized the high impact of teaching performance on HSS by using students’ evaluation, and to prove effective and efficient Outcome-based Education with an organized curriculum in Technological University Hmawbi). In this study, total sample students were 200 students. They were assessed by 60% of exam marks and 40% of internal mark (Classwork), which was assessed by systematic rubric used in mapping with Course Outcomes and Program Outcomes (CO and PO), Program Educational Objectives and Program Outcomes (PEO and PO) adopted by Engineering Education Accreditation Committee (EEAC), Myanmar Engineering Council (MEngC). Students’ Evaluation and Feedback data collections were analysed by Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet and Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). It can identify the high impact of an importance-performance gap of Graduate Attribution (GA) for the graduates. The results findings show that not only teacher’s performance but also effective teaching methodologies, and curriculum have revealed that students attained critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills, collaborative skills, creativity, mutual understanding, leadership skill and self-confidence for their life-long learning, which agrees with industrialization."}]},"item_1583103108160":{"attribute_name":"Keywords","attribute_value_mlt":[{"interim":"Outcome-based Education (OBE)"},{"interim":"Humanity and Social Science (HSS)"},{"interim":"Graduate Attributes (GA)"},{"interim":"Students’ evaluation"},{"interim":"Teacher’s performance"},{"interim":"Course Outcomes (CO)"}]},"item_1583103120197":{"attribute_name":"Files","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_access","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2021-01-21"}],"displaytype":"preview","filename":"Sandi April Maung ( EE - 18 ), Civil, TU ( Hmawbi ), Nov 7-8, 2019, P 79-85.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"669 KB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_0","url":{"url":"https://meral.edu.mm/record/7682/files/Sandi April Maung ( EE - 18 ), Civil, TU ( Hmawbi ), Nov 7-8, 2019, P 79-85.pdf"},"version_id":"1a05e4ba-6e85-4c95-86e1-2bb10b56c427"}]},"item_1583103147082":{"attribute_name":"Conference papers","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_c_date":"2019-11-7-8","subitem_conference_title":"The 2nd International Conference on Engineering Education and Innovation, November 7-8, 2019, Myanmar","subitem_place":"Room- 5, Technological University ( Hmawbi ), Yangon, Myanmar","subitem_session":"Session 5","subitem_website":"www.hbtu.edu.mm"}]},"item_1583105942107":{"attribute_name":"Authors","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_authors":[{"subitem_authors_fullname":"Sandi April Maung"},{"subitem_authors_fullname":"Khaing Zar Win"},{"subitem_authors_fullname":"Kyaw Naing Soe"}]}]},"item_1583108359239":{"attribute_name":"Upload type","attribute_value_mlt":[{"interim":"Publication"}]},"item_1583108428133":{"attribute_name":"Publication type","attribute_value_mlt":[{"interim":"Conference paper"}]},"item_1583159729339":{"attribute_name":"Publication date","attribute_value":"2019-11-07"},"item_1583159847033":{"attribute_name":"Identifier","attribute_value":"ISBN 978-99971-0-733-6"},"item_title":"Measuring Outcome-based Education (OBE): The Impact of Teaching Humanity and Social Science (HSS) for Final Year BE Students","item_type_id":"21","owner":"103","path":["1607987483594","1608056848268"],"publish_date":"2021-01-21","publish_status":"0","recid":"7682","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Measuring Outcome-based Education (OBE): The Impact of Teaching Humanity and Social Science (HSS) for Final Year BE Students"],"weko_creator_id":"103","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2021-12-13T00:24:33.795626+00:00"}
