Data was collected using survey method. The data were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics. The HRM practices of the study are training & development, performance appraisal, compensation & benefits, working condition, equal employment opportunity, and employee empowerment. The research stated that all HRM practices used in this study have a significant positive relationship with employee job satisfaction. The study also showed that the independent variables of training & development, performance appraisal, working condition, equal employment opportunity, and employee empowerment highly impact on the employee job satisfaction in comparison with the rest two independent variables.
