The objective of the study is to compare the socioeconomic conditions of upper and lower Pazundaung Township. This paper used descriptive method by using primary and secondary data. Among 1591 households, only 200 households are chosen as sample size by using simple random sampling method. Pazundaung Township is surrounded by good conditions and has excellent opportunities to develop. This study found that the share of services sector is the largest in GDP in upper and lower Pazundaung Township. If comparing all sector of upper and lower Pazundaung Township, socio economic conditions of upper Pazundaung Township is higher than that of lower Pazundaug Township especially in education and health sectors.
