For more electrical contact, Ni-conductive layers were deposited on both sides of the cell by electroless Ni-plating. I-V characteristics were studied under illumination condition for all fabricated films. The largest value of conversion efficiency (6.908 %) was found at the ZnTe film with kinematic viscosity of 32.22 cP.
