The blowing process used in this experimental work was by adding hydrogen peroxide in the presence of manganese dioxide. To obtain the optimum nature of coating vehicle, 90 minutes  blowing time was used for both soyabean oil and kanzwe oil. Four different sol-gel precursor contents (5, 10, 15, 20 wt %formulations)   were used to investigate the effect on coating properties. Among the four different sol-gel precursor contents, the overall basis of coated features were nearly the same but physicochemical and mechanical properties of 15 wt % ceramer formulations give the best results to both oils.
