With the strong support of exploratory factor analysis (EFA)\nand structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis, the findings\nindicate that such a maritime logistics service quality (MLSQ) is\nrepresented by the six-dimensional construct consisting of logistics\nprofessional skills, resource, process, outcome, service costs, and\nimage along with the associated measurement indicators. In addition,\neach of the six dimensions of maritime logistics service quality has a\nsignificant positive effect on customer satisfaction as well as long-\nterm commitment. The significant direct relationship between\ncustomer satisfaction and long-term commitment of the customer to\nrepurchasing intent of the service is also confirmed.
