It can include sounding an\nalarm, and activating the water pump and then responses to a detected flame. The ability to detect the presence of fire is a\nvital part of an overall fire safety strategy. The detection of fires involves a whole range of fundamental scientific\nprinciples as well as the application of advanced technological developments.
