Because of road accident, 3480 people died in Myanmar in 2016 and approximately 10 people die from road accidents every day, according to Myanmar Organization Road Safety. Reasons for the accidents may include motorcyclists who are not wearing helmets, poor quality of road, driver behavior, mechanical failure of vehicles, violation of traffic rule, and bad weather. Functional Resonance Analysis Method (FRAM) is an accident analysis method providing a new concept for people to analyze accidents. FRAM can be applied by identifying functions with the detailed variability of functions, interpreting possible couplings of the variability and providing suggestions to manage the unexpected variability. This paper intends to propose basic FRAM model that analyzes the road accident. So it can provide a better understanding of accidents resulting from road accident. Based on this model, a case study was selected and the performance variability of function betweentwo functions by using FRAM model."}]},"item_1583103108160":{"attribute_name":"Keywords","attribute_value_mlt":[{"interim":"Road Accident"},{"interim":"Functional Resonance Analysis Method"},{"interim":"Road Safety"}]},"item_1583103120197":{"attribute_name":"Files","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_access","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2020-11-20"}],"displaytype":"preview","filename":"Functional Resonance Analysis Method on Road Accidents in Myanmar.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"1.9 Mb"}],"format":"application/pdf","license_note":"© 2018 ICAIT","licensetype":"license_note","url":{"url":"https://meral.edu.mm/record/6338/files/Functional Resonance Analysis Method on Road Accidents in Myanmar.pdf"},"version_id":"d9eb012b-a97c-466d-b801-c2b079fb102e"}]},"item_1583103147082":{"attribute_name":"Conference papers","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_acronym":"ICAIT-2018","subitem_c_date":"1-2 November, 2018","subitem_conference_title":"2nd International Conference on Advanced Information Technologies","subitem_place":"Yangon, Myanmar","subitem_session":"Simulation and Modeling in Software Approach","subitem_website":"https://www.uit.edu.mm/icait-2018/"}]},"item_1583105942107":{"attribute_name":"Authors","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_authors":[{"subitem_authors_fullname":"Kyi Pyar Hlaing"},{"subitem_authors_fullname":"Nyein Thwet Thwet Aung"},{"subitem_authors_fullname":"Swe Zin Hlaing"},{"subitem_authors_fullname":"Koichiro Ochimizu"}]}]},"item_1583108359239":{"attribute_name":"Upload type","attribute_value_mlt":[{"interim":"Publication"}]},"item_1583108428133":{"attribute_name":"Publication type","attribute_value_mlt":[{"interim":"Conference paper"}]},"item_1583159729339":{"attribute_name":"Publication date","attribute_value":"2018-11-02"},"item_title":"Functional Resonance Analysis Method on Road Accidents in Myanmar","item_type_id":"21","owner":"45","path":["1605779935331"],"publish_date":"2020-11-20","publish_status":"0","recid":"6338","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Functional Resonance Analysis Method on Road Accidents in Myanmar"],"weko_creator_id":"45","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2021-12-13T04:11:41.560731+00:00"}
