The phytochemical compositions of the sample was investigated using test tube method. The mineral elements present in the sample were determined using Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence (EDXRF spectrometer. The presence of proteins in the sample was investigated by qualitative tests. The nutritional values of the sample were also determined.
