Those who fall to hell for doing evil deeds are brought by wardens of hell to Yama, King of Death (Vemānikapetās). Yama King examined the evil doers through the five divine messengers. If they are convicted, they are consigned to Mahāavīsi hell. When they are released from Avīci hell, they are found to suffer in excrement hell, hot-ash hell, Bombax tree hell, hell of sword-like leaves, hell of molten iron. Yama King thought of attaining human life and listening to the Buddha’s dhamma. The Buddha did not hear Devadūta dhamma from no one. He preached the Devadūtu dhamma as he knew the dhamma clearly by himself. The Buddha exhorted monks to hold onto the appamādadhamma mindfully and to be remorseful on seeing a baby. This is a qualitative study using the descriptive method."}]},"item_1583103108160":{"attribute_name":"Keywords","attribute_value_mlt":[{"interim":"Devadūta"},{"interim":"hell"},{"interim":"Yama King"},{"interim":"Kamma"}]},"item_1583103120197":{"attribute_name":"Files","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_access","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2020-10-03"}],"displaytype":"preview","filename":"A Study of Increasing Ways in Human Life Based on the Devadūta Sutta.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"501 Kb"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_0","url":{"url":"https://meral.edu.mm/record/5621/files/A Study of Increasing Ways in Human Life Based on the Devadūta Sutta.pdf"},"version_id":"7bab7b69-84fc-423e-8d2f-e597f0c0bea5"}]},"item_1583103131163":{"attribute_name":"Journal articles","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_issue":"2","subitem_journal_title":"University of Mandalay, Research Journal","subitem_pages":"95 -105","subitem_volume":"11"}]},"item_1583105942107":{"attribute_name":"Authors","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_authors":[{"subitem_authors_fullname":"Hla Thazin Bo"}]}]},"item_1583108359239":{"attribute_name":"Upload type","attribute_value_mlt":[{"interim":"Publication"}]},"item_1583108428133":{"attribute_name":"Publication type","attribute_value_mlt":[{"interim":"Journal article"}]},"item_1583159729339":{"attribute_name":"Publication date","attribute_value":"2020-05-30"},"item_title":"A Study of Increasing Ways in Human Life Based on the Devadūta Sutta","item_type_id":"21","owner":"23","path":["1582963739756","1582967215877"],"publish_date":"2020-10-03","publish_status":"0","recid":"5621","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["A Study of Increasing Ways in Human Life Based on the Devadūta Sutta"],"weko_creator_id":"23","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2021-12-13T02:23:06.962965+00:00"}
