A total of 530 teachers from eight Basic Education\nHigh Schools in Yangon Region and Six Basic Education\nHigh Schools in Tanintharyi Region participated in this study.\nQuestionnaire survey method was used in this study. Teacher\nSelf-Efficacy Scale (TSES) was used as the research\ninstrument. TSES consists of 30 items with seven subscales.\nRegarding the teachers’ self-efficacy, it was found that there\nwere no significant differences in overall self-efficacy by age,\nteaching experience, marital status, designation and region.\nHowever, a significant difference was found in efficacy to\nenlist parental involvement subscale by age.
