An automatic medical diagnosis systemwould probably be exceedingly beneficial bybringing all of them together. This paper presentsa heart disease prediction models that can assistprofessionals in predicting heart disease statusbased on the clinical data of patients from UCIdata set. It analyzes of some data miningalgorithms such as Weighted AssociativeClassifier (WAC), Naïve Bayesian and DecisionTree Classifiers for making decision of theconditions of heart disease. It enable significantknowledge, e.g patterns, relationships betweenmedical factors related to heart disease. Thispaper shows the prediction accuracy result ofthree classifiers and which classifier are generatemore accurate result than other classifiers andcompares the generated accuracies by usingholdout method.
