This system is implementedto transfer secret messages between the senderand receiver using indexing dictionary techniquefor English text. The dictionary technique is just alist ofwords orsecure sentences. This dictionary isconstructed to 841 secure messages stores indatabase. These messages are encoded to ECCindexing points and ECC points are used asindexes of dictionary in this system. These indexesof points are encrypted and decrypted instead ofencrypting the text messages. In this system, linearfeedback shift register (LFSR) is used to generatethe secret key. Secret permutation and inversepermutation key is used to increase randomizedfor points sequence of data.
