With the information of mean and varianceof critical path, which is assumed as normallydistributed, the probability of completion of aproject with specified dates can compute. Toestablish a PERT Cost, one first develops aframework for gathering cost data for each activity.Using the Optimum Time- Cost Estimate Conceptof Resource Allocation Supplement method of CostEstimation, one can find the minimum cost forspecific completion dates.
