However, these methods depend uponparameter tuning or the way of embeddingdomain knowledge .As a result, they are notcapable of dealing with other different problems.Therefore, this has led to the development ofhyper heuristics system. In this paper, wepropose the extended great deluge (EGD)method as a move acceptance method to drivethe selection of low level heuristic within hyperheuristic framework.
