However, with modernprocesses, algorithms, and methods we can processspeech signals easily and recognize the text. In thispaper, we are going to develop an on-line speech-totext engine. The system acquires speech at run timethrough a microphone and processes the sampledspeech to recognize the uttered text. An applicationlike voice search is developed in this work thatallows a user to record and convert spoken inputinto Bing Search Engine that will be search the user’sdata. This application will find the famous places inMyanmar. Speech recognition is done via the Internet,connecting to Google’s server. The application isadapted to input messages in English. Speechrecognition for Voice uses a technique based onHidden Markov Model (HMM).
