In the proposed system, thestationary object observation is developed formonitoring system. The system input is recordeddata video files, in order to detect the stationaryobject in outdoor lighting by controlling andmodifying image intensity value in systempreprocessing and then calculate and choose thedynamic threshold value over the input imageintensity value for Otsu’s method. In the systempreprocessing, there are in order to search anddetect indoor, outdoor, day lighting in fewererrors by controlling the brightness intensityvalue of images.
