The mainaim of this paper is to evaluate the accuracy ofMyanmar Character Authentication ofHandwriting between Exhibit and Specimen,which is able to identify handwritten charactersand words several different writers. The modifiedEuclidean distance is used for characterauthentication. Experimental results verified theeffectiveness of this method.The development ofthis system for Myanmar Characteridentification is supported as a result to obtaingood authentication accuracy rate.
