The modified MBI is applied to extractbuilding features to know how much area haschanged.In this system, height information is notconsidered for building extraction because of withoutusing multispectral band images and Depth.Toaccurate the position of building extraction index inchange detection process, image registration is usedthat seeks to remove the two-date images geometricinconsistent object using SURF and RANSAC.
