This paperpresents a scheme which is derived from thesubstitution of bits in the image by using nonlinearpseudorandom sequence and visual cryptographymethod and triple data encryption method. In ourmethod each participant has a unique modified coverimage called stego-image. Therefore theseparticipants are required to reconstruct theencrypted secret data without destroying of itssecrecy. After that administrator decrypt the originaldata. Therefore the administrator is the centralauthority of the process. Experiments show the goodquality of the stego-image.
