The system cancontrol not only water amount but also watertemperature with an appropriate value. To constructthis system, PIC16F84A microcontroller is used.The main aspect of this system is automatic controlof filling tank using level switch sensor. It can bedone by means of the position sensor which sensesthe position of the copper rod. The operations aremeasuring, heating and filling. Thermistor is usedfor temperature sensor. The user sets the requiredtemperature by using manually preset control. Tofill the water, AC motor is used. The circuit isactivated by a start switch and the system isautomatically filled the tank and stopped when itreaches the high level. When the water is reachedthe low level, this system opens heating coil tocontrol set temperature of water. LEDs which use inthis circuit are common output types. If watertemperature is equal to the setting values, systemturns on siren alarm. If water level is high, system isautomatically closed to fill water into tank.
