In cloud computing, virtualmachines (VMs) are used as a computingresource. Parallel jobs of user request in cloudneed to allocate these resources. Therefore,parallel jobs require a mechanism to schedulingthe executions order as well as resourceallocation. In this paper, the proposed algorithmschedules two phases. First phase is prioritybased job scheduling and second is resourceallocation phase. The proposed algorithm aimsto real time jobs to meet their deadline andeffective and efficient resource allocation.
