Especially, theadditional challenges are exposed to the design ofscheduler when real time traffics such as VoIP (voiceover IP) are transmitted over the LTE network.In thispaper, a new scheduler is proposed for satisfying thedifferent QoS requirements. This scheme distinguisheswhether this connection is real time or not and give thehigh priority to real time traffics which are closing totime out. After scheduling allreal time traffics, delaytolerant traffics are scheduled.The performance of theproposed scheduling schemeis evaluated in terms ofthroughput, average delay and fairness.
