Many computerized systems are widely used in medical field such as making decisions for diagnosis to give treatment. Classification is a data mining techniques used to predict group memberships for data instances. It classifies data based on the training data set and the values in a classifying attribute and uses the model in classifying new data. In the systems, we will use supervised learning area for constructing models from a set of observations presented. This method is to predict the class label of an unseen observation given the knowledge extracted from the training data. Training data can be seen as a database containing observations and their corresponding class label. In the system, averaging probability values are calculated with bagging method instead of maximum probability values can find by NBC.
