In thispaper, Forward Chaining Reasoning Method is usedto diagnose chest pain cases that can be caused bywhether heart, lungs or gastrointestinal diseases. Inour system, chest pain symptoms, signs andlaboratory investigations are given as inputs, and itwill run as data-driven process and find the goal bydepth first search and make decision among ninediseases. Firstly, the causes of diseases (heart, lungsor gastro intestine) are analyzed by applyingForward Chaining Method to discriminate theunderlying causes of chest pain.
