Manysegmentation techniques are proposed in theliterature. In this comparative paper, we will discussthe behaviors of tested segmentation methods. Otsuthresholding, Region growing, Particle swarmoptimization and Interactive graph cut segmentationmethods are analyzed and compared in this paper.After segmented with these methods, themorphological operation is used to get exact shapeand size of tumors.
