This cross-sectional study was carried out in non-pregnant women (n=25) and 1st, 2nd, 3rd trimesters of normal pregnant women (n=15, 30 and 30, respectively). The RCD was determined by whole blood filtration method and serum Mg2+ level by colourimetric test with Chlorophosphonazo III method.
