The aim of this paper is the youth in Yangon how to solve the difficulties of transition in the first days of Ma HtaTha to the YBS.Yangon is the second city of Myanmar and also the business city. Public transportsystem of Yangon in the past was Ma HtaTha(မထသ) that means Yangon Division Motor Vehicles Supervisory Committee. This Committee was originally set up in 1962 and was dissolved on 15 January 2017. Yangon Region Transport Authority (ရန္ကုန္တိုင္းေဒသႀကီး အမ်ားျပည္သူသယ္ယူူပို႕ေဆာင္ေရး ႀကီးၾကပ္မႈအာဏာပိုင္ အဖြဲ႕), originally set up on 8 July 2016, replaced Ma HtaTha with the Yangon Bus Services on 16 January 2017. This is now the operating transit agency for the Yangon Region. Passengers traveling outside in Yangon faced problems during the first days of transition from Ma HtaTha to the YBS system. They were aided by Myanmar University students or volunteers. My research questions are(1) what did the youthsdo to serve the passengers in Yangon? (2) Whatsituations did they face in their YBS social work? This problem will be solved by Qualitative Research Method from the aspects of Myanmar Studies point of views. In the past time, University students studied only their lessons and attended their class regularly. Today the University students changed their mindsets not only attending their class but also going ahead as volunteers in the transition time of YBS system.
