A preliminary Ecopath model was constructed for Taungthaman Lake. The Ecopath software package which includes time-dynamic (Ecosim) and spatial simulation (Ecospace) sub-model was used to study the trophic relationship of some commercial fish species from Taungthaman Lake. The first approximation of a Taungthaman Lake Ecopath model was attempted.
