These are the user generated contents\nwritten in natural languages and are unstructuredfree-\ntexts scheme. Therefore, opinion mining\ntechniques become popular to automatically\nprocess customer reviews for extracting product\nfeatures and user opinions expressed over them.\nSince customer reviews may contain both\nopinionated and factual sentences, a supervised\nmachine learning technique applies for subjectivity\nclassification to improve the mining performance.\nIn this paper, we dedicate our work to the main\nsubtask of opinion summarization. The task of\nproduct feature and opinion extraction is critical\nto opinion summarization, because its effectiveness\nsignificantly affects the identification of semantic\nrelationships. The polarity and numeric score of\nall the features are determined by Senti-WordNet\nLexicon how intense the opinion is for both\npositive and negative features.
