Customer\nreviews of products are focused in this paper.\nMining opinion data that reside in web is a way to\ntrack opinions of people on specific product.\nOpinion mining is a recent subdiscipline of\ncomputational linguistics which is concerned not\nwith the topic a document is about, but with the\nopinion it expresses. To aid the extraction of\nopinions from text, recent work has tackled the\nissue of determining the orientation of subjective\nterms contained in text, i.e. deciding whether a\nterm that carries opinionated content has a\npositive or a negative connotation. In this paper\nthe task of deciding whether a given term has a\npositive connotation, or a negative connotation by\nusing feature-based opinion mining with ontology\nwhere opinions expressed towards each feature of\nan object or a product are extracted and\nsummarized.
