One hundred and twenty-five respondents who are using the services provided from Shwe Myanmar Transportation Co.,Ltd are chosen by using systematic random sampling method. According to the results, employees’ conduct and employees’ expertise of interaction quality influence on customer satisfaction. As for physical environment quality, availability of facility and condition of the vehicle affect customer satisfaction. All variables of outcome quality such as safety, frequency and reliability also have positive effect on customer satisfaction. Among three influencing factors, outcome quality and interaction quality have significant influence on customer satisfaction. It is also found out that customer satisfaction influences on customer loyalty.
