Questionnaire survey is used to collect data from the consumers who have a previous eating experience with Breadtalk. The study found that product, price, recommendation by friend and workmate are positively affecting on customer satisfaction. The study also found that customer satisfaction has positive significant effect on brand loyalty of Breadtalk in Yangon.
