In this study, the data are collected from the sample of 80 employees in MFD Construction Co., Ltd by using structured questionnaire. It is found that management commitment, safety training and education, and accident prevention measures have positive influence on job satisfaction. The result shows that job satisfaction has impact on contextual performance and task performance of employees at MFD Construction Co., Ltd. Management should provide enough resources for effective implementation and maintenance of safety related activities.
