In\r\norder to meet the research objectives, both primary and secondary data are collected. This\r\nstudy is thoroughly done by collecting from 122 respondents in twelve companies. The\r\nfindings indicate that among three practices of internal corporate social responsibility,\r\nsocial policy and human rights have positive impact on all three organizational\r\ncommitments whereas career development program has influence on continuous and\r\nnormative commitment, and internal environmental practices have impact on affective and\r\nnormative commitment. The results show that affective commitment and continuance\r\ncommitment have positive impact on employee performance.
