The result of this study indicates that repair and\r\nmaintenance attribute and customer support service attribute positively affect customer\r\nsatisfaction. It is, however, found that the training attribute has a negative effect on\r\ncustomer satisfaction. The study also indicates that customer satisfaction on product\r\nsupport attributes has a strong positive effect on customer loyalty of MSPTL.
