Based on the results of study employee focus, customer focus and process management have significantly effect on both hospital effectiveness and employee satisfaction while strategic planning has only effect on employee satisfaction. Moreover, lean management practice has partially mediated between TQM practices and both dimensions of organizational performance of Thukha Kabar Hospital.
