This study is thoroughly done by collecting structured questionnaires from 128 employees in Phyo Electronics Co.,Ltd. The findings indicate that among the six practices of people-related total quality management, teamwork, reward and recognition, and management leadership are the most influencing factors on job satisfaction. In addition, the results show that job satisfaction positively impacts on employee loyalty.
