The data are collected from 103 employees in different department of Spectrum Life Company Limited by using structured questionnaires. This study indicates that organizational justice plays an important role for job satisfaction of employees. The study found that informational justice, distributive justice and interpersonal justice have significant effect on job satisfaction. According to the findings, Spectrum Life Company Limited should continuously focus on informational justice in order to increase job satisfaction of employees and their job performance.
