Analytical method with primary and secondary data is used in this study. Primary data are collect from 250 employees who are selected from 708 employees of Myanmar Padauk Group of Companies. The simple random sampling method is applied to the selection of respondents. The result of the study indicates that distributive justice and interactional justice make increasing organization trust. Regarding the effect of organization trust on organizational citizenship behavior is a significant and positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior of employees. Among three types of organizational justice, distributive justice and interactional justice mainly influence on organizational trust.
