This study found that teamwork and support and career\r\ndevelopment have positive effect on job satisfaction. Employees in this organization have\r\ngood career and guarantee through the whole life that create their desire to stay in this\r\norganization. This is a reason that positive effect of job satisfaction on organizational\r\ncommitment.
