The data are collected from the sample of\r\n69 respondents by using structured questionnaires. According to the findings from the\r\nanalysis, customer orientation, competitor orientation and inter-functional orientation\r\npositively impact on innovation. Furthermore, the result also indicates that product\r\ninnovation and process innovation impact on performance of software companies in\r\nYangon. It is recommended that software companies in Yangon should take market\r\norientation activities seriously as it plays an important role in how well their product and\r\nprocess innovation will increase.
