Primary data are collected from 90 employees of 21 travel agents in Myanmar through questionnaire survey. The study finds out that customers and employee engagement have the positive influence on sustainable business practices. Furthermore, sustainable business practices also influence on benefits of travel agents such as cost savings, reputation, and employee satisfaction.
