This study is conducted on 75 respondents who are working in that company. In this study it is found that employees have positive perception on work environment and psychological empowerment in the company. Majority of employees satisfied with their job and have intention to stay in company. The regression results show that working hours, esteem needs, meaningfulness and impact are positively significance on job satisfaction. Meaningfulness is the most significant predictor of job satisfaction as employees thought that their position meets their skills and experiences and their talents are being utilized effectively. The regression result also shows that job satisfaction is positively effect on employee intention to stay.
